Monica Lagercrantz
With 35 years of experience in corporate governance and leadership advisory, Monica Lagercrantz is a recognised leader in shaping the strategies of boards and executives.
She is the founder of several successful ventures, including BoardClic, a premier platform for board effectiveness reviews, and Lagercrantz Associates, a distinguished boutique search firm. Monica brings a wealth of entrepreneurial expertise, complemented by extensive leadership experience as a CEO, board member, and legal counsel in both the United States and Sweden.
A former senior partner at Russell Reynolds Associates and Heidrick & Struggles, Monica has conducted over 200 board evaluations, recruited 250 leaders, and evaluated close to 10,000 executives. Her expertise spans governance, leadership, financial services, private equity, and family-backed businesses, with a focus on aligning boards for long-term value creation.
Monica’s unique perspective as both an adviser and operator makes her one of Europe’s most trusted voices in boardroom dynamics and leadership.
Malin Lombardi
Malin Lombardi is an expert in corporate governance, board dynamics, and leadership development, with nearly 20 years of experience advising some of Europe’s most influential organisations.
As co-founder of BoardClic, she played a pivotal role in shaping its governance-focused services. Malin conducts over 20 international board reviews annually, helping listed companies, banks, and regulated entities align governance to strategy.
With a background as a corporate lawyer specialising in governance, M&A, and securities law, Malin brings a pragmatic and forward-thinking approach to her advisory work. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee member for a listed Finnish bank, further cementing her reputation as a trusted voice in the international governance space.
